Industries we serve: Urgent Care Clinics
Urgent Care Clinics websites that stay fast, accurate and open.
Hosting, maintenance and support for urgent care and walk-in clinics. Hours and wait times stay accurate, the site loads instantly on a phone, check-in forms reach the front desk, and the site is watched 24/7/365.
The problems urgent care clinics call us about
What goes wrong on urgent care clinics websites, and what it costs you.
Hours and holiday closures wrong on the site
A patient drives over at 7 pm because the website said you were open. We update hours and holiday notices the day you send them and keep them in one place.
Slow on a phone when it matters most
Urgent care searches happen on a phone, in a hurry, often in a parking lot. A site that takes six seconds to load sends the patient to the next clinic. We tune hosting, caching and images for fast mobile loads.
Online check-in and wait time widgets that break
Check-in and wait time tools depend on embeds and plugins that break with updates. We test them after every update round and fix breaks fast.
Multi-location pages out of sync
Different hours, services and phone numbers per location, and the website mixes them up. We keep each location page accurate and the maps working.
Accessibility demand letters
Clinics are a target for website accessibility claims. Our tools add an accessibility menu, a statement page and a cookie banner, and we fix what scanners flag.
Nobody to call at night
Urgent care runs evenings and weekends, and that is when the site goes down. With SpeedSolid you have one team that knows your website, a phone number and a ticket system monitored 24/7/365, with site-down issues handled first.

How we compare
Why not a freelancer, a big-box host or just leaving it alone?
| What matters | SpeedSolid | A freelancer | Big-box host | Doing nothing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who answers when the site is down | One team that knows your site, phone and tickets 24/7/365, site-down handled first | Whoever built it, if they still reply | A chat queue that does not know your website | Nobody, until a customer tells you |
| Updates and security patches | Monthly updates, urgent fixes right away, malware monitoring and cleanup | When you remember to ask | Server only. Your WordPress, plugins and forms are on you | Never, until the site is hacked |
| Contact form delivery | Authenticated email, a test submission every day | Set up once, never checked again | Not their problem | Leads silently go to spam |
| Backups | Monthly full backup plus a copy before every update round, restore for $50 | Maybe | Often a paid add-on, restore on you | None |
| Accessibility and cookie tools | Included on Core Plus and Core Pro, with a statement page and consent banner | Extra project | Not offered | Exposed to demand letters |
| Price | From $99.99 a month, no contract | $75 to $150 an hour, unpredictable | $30 to $60 a month plus every fix at your cost | Free, until it is not |
Your first 30 days
What happens after you sign up.
No technical homework on your side. We move the site, test everything and take it from there. Headquartered in California with teams and clients in Texas, New York, Florida and Hawaii, servers in multiple US regions, and support in US business hours.
Days 1 to 3: we take over
We collect logins, copy the site to SpeedSolid hosting, run a full security and speed check and fix the obvious problems before anything is switched.
Days 4 to 7: we switch and test
Domain moves to the new server with no downtime scramble. Every page, link and form is tested on desktop and phone, and your first automated form test runs.
Weeks 2 to 4: we tune
Updates applied, caching and images tuned, accessibility and cookie tools installed on Core Plus and Core Pro, backups scheduled. You get the first monthly report.
What your site runs on
Enterprise infrastructure, with a human team in front of it.
SpeedSolid runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure that is audited and monitored around the clock, and we pass those commitments down to your website. What that infrastructure does not include is someone who knows your site and answers the phone. That part is us.
Audited data centers
Independently audited for SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1, with HIPAA-eligible infrastructure available on Core Pro private servers.
Published uptime commitments
Core Pro private cloud and managed WordPress servers carry a 99.99% commitment, shared hosting 99.9%, with a 24/7/365 network operations center behind all three.
East and West Coast servers
Northern California, Los Angeles and Ashburn, Virginia, with an Amsterdam option for European traffic. Your site sits closest to your customers.
Uptime commitments and certifications apply to the underlying infrastructure. SpeedSolid plan commitments are listed on the pricing page.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Can you keep our hours and wait times current?
Yes. Send a message or open a ticket and hours, holiday closures and notices are updated the same business day. Live wait time widgets from your check-in vendor are embedded and tested after every update.
Does SpeedSolid handle HIPAA for our website?
No hosting company can make a practice compliant on its own, and we do not claim to. We keep medical details out of ordinary contact forms, point patients to your secure portal or intake system, keep the site patched and monitored, and provide the privacy and cookie notices. Compliance questions go to your compliance officer or attorney.
Do you work with practices outside California?
Yes. SpeedSolid is headquartered in California with teams and clients in Texas, New York, Florida and Hawaii. Servers sit in multiple US regions and support runs in US business hours, so a practice anywhere in the country gets the same service.
Our site is on Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy. Can you still help?
Yes. WordPress is our specialty, but monitoring, business email and the accessibility and cookie tools work on any website. When you are ready, we migrate the site to WordPress on SpeedSolid hosting for free.
How fast do you respond when the site is down?
Monitoring usually flags outages before anyone calls. Site-down issues are handled first and Core Pro practices get priority support. Everything else gets a reply within one business day.
What does it cost?
Core is $99.99 per month, Core Plus is $149.99 per month and Core Pro starts at $299.99 per month. Pay annually and save 10 percent. Moving your existing site to SpeedSolid is free on every plan.
