Industries we serve: Dental Practices
Dental Practices websites that stay fast, secure and booking patients.
Hosting, maintenance and support for dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons and dental groups. New patient forms reach the front desk, the site is watched 24/7/365, and when a plugin update breaks the booking widget a real person fixes it the same day.
The problems dental practices call us about
What goes wrong on dental practices websites, and what it costs you.
New patient forms that never arrive
A patient fills out the new patient or appointment request form and the front desk never sees it, because the form mails from a shared server and lands in spam. We deliver submissions through authenticated email and test the form every day.
Online booking widget breaks after an update
Dental sites lean on scheduling embeds and insurance verification widgets. One WordPress or plugin update and the button stops working, usually on a Monday. We update on a schedule, test the booking flow after every round and roll back if anything fails.
Before and after galleries that load slowly
Whitening, veneer and Invisalign galleries are heavy. Uncompressed photos push load times past five seconds on a phone and patients leave. We compress, lazy-load and host on servers tuned for image-heavy sites.
Accessibility demand letters
Dental practices are a frequent target for website accessibility claims. Our accessibility and cookie tools add an accessibility menu, a statement page and a cookie consent banner, and we fix the common issues scanners flag.
Reviews and insurance pages out of date
The insurance list says you take a plan you dropped two years ago. The team page shows a hygienist who left. We handle content changes quickly so the website says what the front desk says.
Nobody owns the website
The office manager inherited it from a marketing company that moved on, hosting renews on an old card and the logins are lost. We document everything, hold the logins securely and become the one team that knows your site.

What we take care of
The pages and features a dental practice website lives on.
Appointment requests
A short request form that reaches the front desk reliably, or your scheduling tool embedded and tested after every update.
Services and procedures
Fast pages for cleanings, implants, Invisalign, whitening and emergency dentistry, each with a clear next step.
Smile gallery
Before and after photos compressed and lazy-loaded so the gallery loads fast on a phone.
Insurance and financing
A current list of accepted plans and financing options, updated the day you tell us.
Team and locations
Dentist and hygienist bios, hours, directions and a map for each office.
Emergency dental
A page that loads instantly on a phone at 10 pm with a click-to-call number, because that is when it is used.
Dental and medical practices we work with include Pharmacy of Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills Heart Center, Colonoscopy Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, Madison Richardson MD and SoCal Imaging.
How we compare
Why not a freelancer, a big-box host or just leaving it alone?
| What matters | SpeedSolid | A freelancer | Big-box host | Doing nothing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who answers when the site is down | One team that knows your site, phone and tickets 24/7/365, site-down handled first | Whoever built it, if they still reply | A chat queue that does not know your website | Nobody, until a customer tells you |
| Updates and security patches | Monthly updates, urgent fixes right away, malware monitoring and cleanup | When you remember to ask | Server only. Your WordPress, plugins and forms are on you | Never, until the site is hacked |
| Contact form delivery | Authenticated email, a test submission every day | Set up once, never checked again | Not their problem | Leads silently go to spam |
| Backups | Monthly full backup plus a copy before every update round, restore for $50 | Maybe | Often a paid add-on, restore on you | None |
| Accessibility and cookie tools | Included on Core Plus and Core Pro, with a statement page and consent banner | Extra project | Not offered | Exposed to demand letters |
| Price | From $99.99 a month, no contract | $75 to $150 an hour, unpredictable | $30 to $60 a month plus every fix at your cost | Free, until it is not |
Your first 30 days
What happens after you sign up.
No technical homework on your side. We move the site, test everything and take it from there. Headquartered in California with teams and clients in Texas, New York, Florida and Hawaii, servers in multiple US regions, and support in US business hours.
Days 1 to 3: we take over
We collect logins, copy the site to SpeedSolid hosting, run a full security and speed check and fix the obvious problems before anything is switched.
Days 4 to 7: we switch and test
Domain moves to the new server with no downtime scramble. Every page, link and form is tested on desktop and phone, and your first automated form test runs.
Weeks 2 to 4: we tune
Updates applied, caching and images tuned, accessibility and cookie tools installed on Core Plus and Core Pro, backups scheduled. You get the first monthly report.
What your site runs on
Enterprise infrastructure, with a human team in front of it.
SpeedSolid runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure that is audited and monitored around the clock, and we pass those commitments down to your website. What that infrastructure does not include is someone who knows your site and answers the phone. That part is us.
Audited data centers
Independently audited for SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1, with HIPAA-eligible infrastructure available on Core Pro private servers.
Published uptime commitments
Core Pro private cloud and managed WordPress servers carry a 99.99% commitment, shared hosting 99.9%, with a 24/7/365 network operations center behind all three.
East and West Coast servers
Northern California, Los Angeles and Ashburn, Virginia, with an Amsterdam option for European traffic. Your site sits closest to your customers.
Uptime commitments and certifications apply to the underlying infrastructure. SpeedSolid plan commitments are listed on the pricing page.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Can patients book appointments through the site?
Yes. We embed and maintain the scheduling tool your practice already uses, or keep a simple appointment request form that reaches your front desk reliably. Either way it is tested daily.
Does SpeedSolid handle HIPAA for our website?
No hosting company can make a practice compliant on its own, and we do not claim to. We keep medical details out of ordinary contact forms, point patients to your secure portal or intake system, keep the site patched and monitored, and provide the privacy and cookie notices. Compliance questions go to your compliance officer or attorney.
Do you work with practices outside California?
Yes. SpeedSolid is headquartered in California with teams and clients in Texas, New York, Florida and Hawaii. Servers sit in multiple US regions and support runs in US business hours, so a practice anywhere in the country gets the same service.
Our site is on Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy. Can you still help?
Yes. WordPress is our specialty, but monitoring, business email and the accessibility and cookie tools work on any website. When you are ready, we migrate the site to WordPress on SpeedSolid hosting for free.
How fast do you respond when the site is down?
Monitoring usually flags outages before anyone calls. Site-down issues are handled first and Core Pro practices get priority support. Everything else gets a reply within one business day.
What does it cost?
Core is $99.99 per month, Core Plus is $149.99 per month and Core Pro starts at $299.99 per month. Pay annually and save 10 percent. Moving your existing site to SpeedSolid is free on every plan.
