Problems we fix: Contact form not delivering
Contact form not sending email? Your leads are leaving. We fix that today.
The form says “Thank you, your message has been sent” and nothing arrives. Or it arrives in spam three days later. Every one of those is a customer who thinks you ignored them. We fix WordPress form delivery for good, then test the form every day so it stays fixed.
Why forms fail
Six reasons a WordPress form says sent and never arrives.
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Avada Forms, Elementor forms, Ninja Forms. The plugin rarely matters. The email path does.
The form mails from a shared server
By default WordPress sends mail with PHP from the same server as 500 other websites. Gmail and Outlook see mail from a shared IP with no authentication and either junk it or drop it silently. The fix is to send through an authenticated service instead.
Missing SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
Your domain has no DNS records saying who is allowed to send mail for it, so form notifications fail authentication. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo reject bulk mail without them. We add the right records and verify them.
From address does not match the domain
The form sends “from” the visitor’s Gmail address, which Gmail treats as forgery. The From has to be an address on your domain, with the visitor in Reply-To. A one-line fix that most sites get wrong.
Host blocks or throttles outgoing mail
Many hosts cap outgoing mail, block port 25 or turn off PHP mail after a spam incident. The form still reports success because the plugin never finds out the message was dropped.
Spam filters eating real leads
Anti-spam plugins and over-aggressive captcha reject real people, or the notification lands in your own spam folder. We tune the filter and add a honeypot instead of punishing visitors.
Nobody tested it in months
A plugin update or a hosting change broke delivery and the form has been failing quietly ever since. Every SpeedSolid plan includes an automated test submission of your form every day.
What we do
Every submission to your inbox, verified daily.
- Form notifications routed through an authenticated email service instead of the shared server
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC records added to your domain and verified
- From, Reply-To and recipient settings corrected on every form on the site
- Submissions also saved in the WordPress database so nothing is ever lost, even if an email bounces
- Spam protection that stops bots without blocking real people
- An automated test submission every day, with an alert to our team if it does not arrive
- Optional copy of every lead to a second address or your CRM
- Content changes and fix-ups at $150 per hour, larger projects quoted
What it costs
SpeedSolid clients: working forms and daily form testing are included on every plan, Core at $99.99 per month and up. If your form is failing, open a ticket and it is fixed the same business day.
Not a client: a form delivery fix on any WordPress site is billed at $150 per hour and usually takes one hour, including the DNS records. Move the site to SpeedSolid afterward and the daily testing comes with it.
Pay annually and save 10 percent. Migration to SpeedSolid is free.
How we compare
Why not a free SMTP plugin, your host, or a freelancer?
Each of these can make the form work today. None of them tells you when it breaks again.
| What matters | SpeedSolid | A freelancer | Big-box host | Doing nothing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who answers when the site is down | One team that knows your site, phone and tickets 24/7/365, site-down handled first | Whoever built it, if they still reply | A chat queue that does not know your website | Nobody, until a customer tells you |
| Updates and security patches | Monthly updates, urgent fixes right away, malware monitoring and cleanup | When you remember to ask | Server only. Your WordPress, plugins and forms are on you | Never, until the site is hacked |
| Contact form delivery | Authenticated email, a test submission every day | Set up once, never checked again | Not their problem | Leads silently go to spam |
| Backups | Monthly full backup plus a copy before every update round, restore for $50 | Maybe | Often a paid add-on, restore on you | None |
| Accessibility and cookie tools | Included on Core Plus and Core Pro, with a statement page and consent banner | Extra project | Not offered | Exposed to demand letters |
| Price | From $99.99 a month, no contract | $75 to $150 an hour, unpredictable | $30 to $60 a month plus every fix at your cost | Free, until it is not |

What your site runs on
Enterprise infrastructure, with a human team in front of it.
SpeedSolid runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure that is audited and monitored around the clock, and we pass those commitments down to your website. What that infrastructure does not include is someone who knows your site and answers the phone. That part is us.
Audited data centers
Independently audited for SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1, with HIPAA-eligible infrastructure available on Core Pro private servers.
Published uptime commitments
Core Pro private cloud and managed WordPress servers carry a 99.99% commitment, shared hosting 99.9%, with a 24/7/365 network operations center behind all three.
East and West Coast servers
Northern California, Los Angeles and Ashburn, Virginia, with an Amsterdam option for European traffic. Your site sits closest to your customers.
Uptime commitments and certifications apply to the underlying infrastructure. SpeedSolid plan commitments are listed on the pricing page.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Why does my contact form say sent but I get nothing?
The plugin hands the message to the server and reports success. What happens after that, blocked port, missing authentication, spam filter, is invisible to the plugin. The fix is authenticated sending plus DNS records, and we add database storage so you can always see submissions in WordPress.
Does this work with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms or Elementor?
Yes. The delivery fix is at the email and DNS level, so it applies to every form plugin on the site at once.
Can I get submissions in a CRM or a spreadsheet too?
Yes. We can send a copy of every submission to a second email address, a Google Sheet, or most CRMs.
Will this stop spam submissions?
We add a honeypot and rate limiting that stop almost all bot spam without a captcha. If you still want a captcha we use one that does not block real visitors.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace or Shopify. Can you fix my form?
Those platforms handle form email themselves, so the fix is usually the DNS records and the notification settings. We can do that, and our monitoring works on any platform.
How fast can you fix it?
Most form delivery fixes are done the same business day. For SpeedSolid clients it is a ticket. For new clients we quote one hour at $150 and start on approval.
