Where we work: California
California websites that stay fast, secure and demand-letter ready.
SpeedSolid is headquartered in Los Angeles and most of our team and clients are in California. Hosting in our Northern California cloud region and Los Angeles data center, support in Pacific time, and a team that already deals with the state’s privacy and accessibility rules every week.
Why California businesses call us
What a California small business needs from its website team.
Website accessibility demand letters
California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act lets plaintiffs claim damages per visit, which is why more website accessibility demand letters come from California than any other state. Our accessibility menu, statement page and fixes to the issues scanners flag are included on Core Plus and Core Pro.
CCPA and CPRA privacy notices
California’s privacy law applies to many small businesses through the data they collect from forms, analytics and ads. We install cookie consent, a privacy policy and a Do Not Sell or Share link, and keep them current.
Local servers and Pacific time support
Core Pro private servers run in our Northern California cloud region and managed hosting in our Los Angeles data center, so California visitors get fast loads. Support runs in Pacific time with a Los Angeles phone number.
Agencies that disappeared
Los Angeles and the Bay Area have more web agencies than anywhere, and many of our clients came to us after theirs closed. We document everything and become the one team that knows your site.
Bilingual pages
Spanish-language pages are standard for many California businesses. We keep translated pages working after every update and test both language forms daily.
Wildfire and outage season
When a fire or outage takes down a local office, the website becomes the business. We host off-site with headroom, monitor 24/7/365 and handle site-down issues first.

How we compare
Why not a local freelancer, a big-box host or just leaving it alone?
| What matters | SpeedSolid | A freelancer | Big-box host | Doing nothing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who answers when the site is down | One team that knows your site, phone and tickets 24/7/365, site-down handled first | Whoever built it, if they still reply | A chat queue that does not know your website | Nobody, until a customer tells you |
| Updates and security patches | Monthly updates, urgent fixes right away, malware monitoring and cleanup | When you remember to ask | Server only. Your WordPress, plugins and forms are on you | Never, until the site is hacked |
| Contact form delivery | Authenticated email, a test submission every day | Set up once, never checked again | Not their problem | Leads silently go to spam |
| Backups | Monthly full backup plus a copy before every update round, restore for $50 | Maybe | Often a paid add-on, restore on you | None |
| Accessibility and cookie tools | Included on Core Plus and Core Pro, with a statement page and consent banner | Extra project | Not offered | Exposed to demand letters |
| Price | From $99.99 a month, no contract | $75 to $150 an hour, unpredictable | $30 to $60 a month plus every fix at your cost | Free, until it is not |
Your first 30 days
What happens after you sign up.
No technical homework on your side. We move the site, test everything and take it from there. SpeedSolid is headquartered in California with teams and clients in Texas, New York, Florida and Hawaii, servers in multiple US regions, and support in US business hours.
Days 1 to 3: we take over
We collect logins, copy the site to SpeedSolid hosting, run a full security and speed check and fix the obvious problems before anything is switched.
Days 4 to 7: we switch and test
Domain moves to the new server with no downtime scramble. Every page, link and form is tested on desktop and phone, and your first automated form test runs.
Weeks 2 to 4: we tune
Updates applied, caching and images tuned, accessibility and cookie tools installed on Core Plus and Core Pro, backups scheduled. You get the first monthly report.
What your site runs on
Enterprise infrastructure, with a human team in front of it.
SpeedSolid runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure that is audited and monitored around the clock, and we pass those commitments down to your website. What that infrastructure does not include is someone who knows your site and answers the phone. That part is us.
Audited data centers
Independently audited for SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1, with HIPAA-eligible infrastructure available on Core Pro private servers.
Published uptime commitments
Core Pro private cloud and managed WordPress servers carry a 99.99% commitment, shared hosting 99.9%, with a 24/7/365 network operations center behind all three.
East and West Coast servers
Northern California, Los Angeles and Ashburn, Virginia, with an Amsterdam option for European traffic. Your site sits closest to your customers.
Uptime commitments and certifications apply to the underlying infrastructure. SpeedSolid plan commitments are listed on the pricing page.
