Industries we serve: Law Firms
Law firm websites that stay fast, secure and online.
Hosting, maintenance and support for attorney websites across the United States. Every intake form reaches your inbox, your site is watched 24/7/365, and when something breaks a real person fixes it. Built for personal injury, immigration and employment firms, and every other practice area.
The problems law firms call us about
A law firm website has one job: turn a visitor into a consultation.
When the site is slow, hacked or quietly dropping form submissions, you are paying for ads and referrals that never reach you. These are the issues we hear most from attorneys.
Intake forms that never arrive
A potential client fills out your contact form at 11 pm and the message lands in spam, or never sends at all, because the form mails from the same shared server as everyone else. We route form submissions through authenticated email so they reach your inbox, and we test the form every day.
Hacked pages and spam links
Outdated plugins are the number one way law firm sites get hacked. Suddenly Google shows pharmacy links under your firm name, or Chrome warns visitors that the site is dangerous. We keep WordPress and plugins current, monitor for malware and clean infections fast.
Accessibility demand letters
Law firms get the same website accessibility demand letters their clients do. Our accessibility and cookie tools add an accessibility menu, a statement page and a cookie consent banner, and we fix the common issues scanners flag, like missing alt text, contrast and keyboard navigation.
Slow on a phone
Most people searching for a lawyer are on a phone, often right after an accident, an arrest or a termination. A site that takes six seconds to load loses them. We tune caching, images and hosting so pages load in a second or two.
Nobody to call
The person who built the site moved on, the hosting bill goes to an old card, and when the site goes down on a Friday night there is no one to reach. With SpeedSolid you have one team that knows your website, a phone number and a ticket system that is monitored 24/7/365.
Firm email on the website server
If your email runs on the same shared hosting as your website, a hack or an outage takes both down, and client communications can end up in spam. We move firm email to a proper business email service and keep the website on its own hosting.

Core Plus, $149.99 per month. Everything in Core plus security monitoring and malware cleanup, cookie consent and privacy policies, the accessibility menu and statement, and a monthly site report. Most solo and small firms land here.
Core Pro, from $299.99 per month, for personal injury and other firms running paid ads, where every hour of downtime or every lost form is a lost case. Everything in Core Plus on a private cloud server, with daily server snapshots, priority support and speed tuning.
Add-ons: SSL certificate $99.99 per year, Business email $50 per month, Accessibility and cookie tools for a site hosted elsewhere $500 per year. Pay annually and save 10 percent. Migration is free.
Practice areas
Different practices, different pressure on the website.
Personal injury firms
PI is the most competitive and expensive legal advertising there is. Your website takes the click from Google Ads, TV and billboards, and it has to load instantly on a phone and send the intake form to you in seconds. We monitor the form and the site around the clock, and Core Pro firms get priority response.
Immigration firms
Immigration sites are often multilingual, with long consultation forms and document uploads. We make sure translated pages, forms and uploads keep working after every WordPress update, and that confidential submissions are stored and delivered securely.
Employment and labor firms
Employment clients often fill out forms from a work computer during the day and expect discretion. A fast, secure site with a working SSL certificate, a clear privacy policy and a cookie banner shows them the firm takes confidentiality seriously before they ever call.
We also host and support websites for family law, criminal defense, estate planning, real estate, business and landlord-tenant attorneys, from solo practices to multi-office firms. Firms we work with include Razi Law, Nader Law, Bijan Shakibkoo, Esq. and Edrin Shamtob, Esq.
How we compare
Why not a freelancer, a big-box host, or just leaving the site alone?
Most firms we take over were in one of these three situations. Here is the difference in plain terms.
| What matters | SpeedSolid | A freelancer | Big-box host | Doing nothing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who answers when the site is down | One team that knows your site, phone and tickets 24/7/365, site-down handled first | Whoever built it, if they still reply | A chat queue that does not know your website | Nobody, until a customer tells you |
| Updates and security patches | Monthly updates, urgent fixes right away, malware monitoring and cleanup | When you remember to ask | Server only. Your WordPress, plugins and forms are on you | Never, until the site is hacked |
| Contact form delivery | Authenticated email, a test submission every day | Set up once, never checked again | Not their problem | Leads silently go to spam |
| Backups | Monthly full backup plus a copy before every update round, restore for $50 | Maybe | Often a paid add-on, restore on you | None |
| Accessibility and cookie tools | Included on Core Plus and Core Pro, with a statement page and consent banner | Extra project | Not offered | Exposed to demand letters |
| Price | From $99.99 a month, no contract | $75 to $150 an hour, unpredictable | $30 to $60 a month plus every fix at your cost | Free, until it is not |

FAQ
Questions we get asked
Do you design and build law firm websites, or only host them?
SpeedSolid is the hosting, maintenance and support side. We take over an existing law firm website, fix what is broken and keep it fast and secure. If you need a new website or a redesign, we work with design partners and can manage the handoff so the new site launches on SpeedSolid hosting from day one.
Do you work with firms outside California?
Yes. We support law firms across the United States. SpeedSolid is headquartered in California with teams and clients in Texas, New York, Florida and Hawaii, servers in multiple US regions and support in US business hours. Everything is handled by phone, ticket and email, so your location does not matter.
My law firm website is on Wix or Squarespace. Can you help?
Yes. WordPress is our specialty, but our monitoring, business email and accessibility and cookie tools work on any website. When you are ready, we can migrate the site to WordPress on SpeedSolid hosting.
We received a website accessibility demand letter. What do you do?
We run a scan of the site, fix the issues that scanners and screen readers flag, add the accessibility menu and accessibility statement, and give you a report of what was done. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice, so the response to the letter itself stays with your counsel.
How fast do you respond when the site is down?
Monitoring usually flags outages before anyone calls. Site-down issues are handled first, and Core Pro firms get priority support. For everything else we reply within one business day.
Can you make sure our contact form actually delivers?
Yes. We send form notifications through authenticated email instead of the shared server, add the correct SPF and DKIM records for your domain, and run an automated test submission every day so a broken form is caught the same day.
What does it cost?
Core is $99.99 per month, Core Plus is $149.99 per month and Core Pro starts at $299.99 per month. Pay annually and save 10 percent. Moving your existing site to SpeedSolid is free on every plan.
